Profile

Edit your personal information and preferences from the profile page at Account > Profile.

Name

Update your first and last name. This may be disabled by your administrator.

Profile attributes

Your organization may collect additional profile fields beyond your name and email (for example, phone number, job title, or office location). The exact set depends on your administrator's configuration.

  • Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*). Your profile is considered incomplete until each required field has a value.
  • Locked fields show a shield icon and are read-only. Only an administrator can change these.
  • Leave a field empty to clear its current value.

If your profile is missing required information, a banner appears on the dashboard linking you to this page. If your administrator has turned on forced completion, you will not be able to navigate elsewhere or sign in to your applications until the required fields are filled.

Theme

Choose between light mode, dark mode, or system (follows your device's preference).

Regional settings

Your timezone and locale are detected automatically from your browser. Click Update to save the detected values. These settings control how dates and times are displayed.

Email addresses

View your email addresses at Account > Emails. Your primary email is used for sign-in and SAML assertions. Email changes (adding, removing, or promoting) are managed by your administrator.

Account information

The profile page also displays read-only account details: your role, user ID, tenant ID, and last sign-in time.
