Branding

Customize your tenant's appearance from Settings > Branding.

Global branding

Site title

Set a custom title displayed in the browser tab and navigation bar. Leave empty to use the default "WeftID". Maximum 30 characters. You can also choose whether to show the title in the navigation bar.

Display mode

Choose between two modes:

  • Auto-generated mandala -- A unique geometric pattern derived from your tenant ID. Click Randomize to pick a different design.
  • Custom logo -- Upload your own logo. Requires at least a light-mode logo.

Your logo and organization name also appear in the header of all emails sent to users (invitations, verification codes, notifications).

Logo upload

Upload logos for light and dark backgrounds separately. Supported formats:

  • PNG -- Square, minimum 48x48 pixels, maximum 256 KB
  • SVG -- Maximum 256 KB, sanitized for security (no scripts or external entities)

You can also use your logo as the browser favicon.

Group branding

Default avatar style

Choose how group avatars appear across the application:

  • Acronym -- Colored circle with the group's initials
  • Mandala -- Unique geometric pattern derived from the group ID

Individual groups can have a custom logo uploaded from the group's detail page, overriding the default style.

Custom acronyms

When the acronym style is selected, each group's avatar shows initials auto-generated from the group name. You can override this with a custom acronym (up to 4 characters) from the group's Details tab. Useful when auto-generated initials are ambiguous or when a group has a well-known abbreviation.

Leave the acronym field blank to revert to auto-generated initials.
